Structuring the capital stack
Every project has a different mix of equity, debt, and timing needs. We work with clients and partner builders to structure a capital stack suited to the project at hand, whether that is a single custom home, a multiplex, or a larger commercial or institutional build, and we present it to lenders in a form they can move on quickly.
Lender and program relationships
Through our national network, we maintain relationships with construction lenders, credit unions, and private capital sources across the regions we serve. Where a project qualifies, we also help clients navigate CMHC-friendly financing programs designed to support energy-efficient and purpose-built rental construction.
From application to funded close
Our team helps prepare the documentation lenders ask for, including budgets, timelines, and construction plans built on real numbers from our design-build process, then supports the file through underwriting to funded close. Because the same organization is delivering the construction, budgets presented to lenders reflect what the project will actually cost to build.
