Delivery & Aftercare

For many builders, the relationship ends at the front door. Ours begins there. Every JULY Development project is delivered with a full orientation, national warranty coverage, a digital homeowner portal, and a support line that answers around the clock.

Your orientation

Before possession, your Field Manager walks you through your new home or building room by room. You will know where the electrical panels and fuse boxes are, how the gas and water shut-offs work, how the mechanical systems run, how to access parking and storage, what maintenance the property needs, and how every safety feature operates. By the time you take the keys, you understand your property inside and out.

Your warranty

Every JULY Development project is backed by a national in-house warranty program: one to two years on materials and labour, two years on mechanical and distribution systems, five years on the building envelope, and ten years of structural protection. Because warranty support is in-house and coast to coast, there is no finger-pointing between builder and warranty provider. One call reaches the team that built your property.

The homeowner portal

Your digital portal keeps everything about your property in one place: appliance specifications, maintenance guides, building documentation, warranty information, and educational videos. When something needs attention, you submit a service request through the portal and track it to resolution, no phone tag, no lost paperwork.

Support that never closes

For urgent matters, JULY Development provides a dedicated 24-hour support line, ensuring help is always available when you need it most. It is the final piece of a promise that runs through everything we build: sincere care, from the first conversation to long after move-in.
